About S&P/Case-Shiller

Housing crisis never recover very fat. This one will also take some months in order to get a full revoery, but prices are probably approaching their bottom.

One cannot forget that even if prices get steady, inflation will make this prices lower in real terms. So after the free fall that we attend during last year, i expect that prices now start to consolidate.

If unemployment rises or interest rates go higher we may see further declines, otherwise, for the housing sector, the worst is over. I'm not saying that the problem is solved, but it will not get worst!
